Visual Studio 2010, IIS7, Azure on XP

Visual Studio 2010 brings us to the cloud, but only if you are running Vista or newer on your development PC.  It would have been nice if they told me that before I had invested so much time in a new XP SP3 virtual machine buildup.  This post will walk you though getting IIS7 and the Azure SDK & Tools all running in an XP environment.
