So, you have done the responsible thing and installed cameras and a dvr in your place of business. Everything is peachy if you are sitting at the monitor watching, or even streaming video if your dvr supports it.
But what if you need to view the video on another PC and it records in VVF format? If you want to waste a bunch of time looking for a player or converter, then stop reading now. Lots of false leads, lots of people asking, but absolutely no answers.
I was finally able to piece together the name of the software player (Vx4SLPlayer), and from there found a DVR model that uses it (QSD371614C4-250). Then a website Q-See that posts software downloads for that model.
